“I think you lost all interest in this world. You were disappointed and discouraged, and lost interest in everything. So you abandoned your physical body. You went to a world apart and you’re living a different kind of life there. In a world inside you.”— Haruki Murakami, 1Q84

I long for healthy female companionship.
I want women friends who I can cook with, share baked goods with over tea, read with, garden with and trade harvests with, sew with, embroider with… I’m sick of only getting to spend time with female friends if we’re at the mall or a club.
I want healthy feminine friendships that can be nurtured in domestic and mature social settings, instead of always getting asked to go to the bar with the girls.
